As an emerging business, the initial need was creation of a Logo and a new Website. As their business evolved, they began hosting a lot of customer events that required pre-registration and payment. Rather than manage this via email and phone calls, they needed a Cloud Solution that would enable easy creation of calendar events with many easy-to-use and automated features. They also required integration with PayPal for online payments and recording of payments into the registration process. Also, an eCommerce solution was needed for selling online gift cards, food and wine, etc.
Connected Life Sites created a logo and a new WordPress website that highlighted the Italian Market, its menus, and all sorts of essential information. (focused on desktop/tablet at that time). Then a custom Cloud Solution was created for the online registration system filled with features for ease of use and automation, including creation of registration events with photos, limiting registrations to a predefined number, sending group emails to all registrants for an event, generating reports for all events during a given interval, automated email reminders for the registrants, etc. A simple eCommerce store was added for gift cards, gift baskets, food items, etc.
Today, Palumbo’s makes their own updates to the content, the eCommerce store, and the event registrations calendar.
